Role OverviewYour roleYou'll be a part of our Banking & Finance team based in Brisbane and work with lawyers across all of our offices.Working closely with our Partners and the wider team, you will gain exposure to the most complex and interesting transactions in the market.You'll advise clients from almost every sector, from government and healthcare through to infrastructure, media and banking.This is a permanent, full‐time prospect with hybrid working (60% in the office) and flexibility as required.ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on financing arrangements relating to the structure and documentation for their projectAdvise on acquisition and leverage transactionsAdvise on property financingAdvise on general corporate financingQualificationsSeveral years' experience in a Banking & Finance team within a large law firm locally or internationallyExposure to project, leverage, acquisition, property, or corporate finance transactionsA desire to learn, grow, network and mentor othersDevelopment OpportunitiesIn joining Allens, you will receive unparalleled learning and development opportunities.You will be challenged, supported and guided as you learn and develop, and will be encouraged to grow.We foster greatness,
