The team is committed to investing in high-performing lawyers and providing the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions alongside some of the most experienced practitioners in the market.The OpportunityYou will join a highly regarded Corporate team of approximately 45 lawyers, including seven Partners, Managing Associates and a Special Counsel, within a broader Corporate practice of approximately ****** professionals.The team works on some of Australia's most significant transactions, advising leading companies, private equity sponsors and global organisations across a diverse range of industries.Your experience may include:Public and private M&A; transactions;Equity capital markets;Corporate advisory and governance matters;Complex strategic transactions;Advising leading Australian and international clients.The team works across a broad range of sectors including mining, infrastructure, energy, financial services, healthcare, media, technology and retail.About YouThis opportunity is suited to a lawyer with approximately 5-7 years PQE who has developed strong Corporate/M&A; experience within a top-tier environment.You will ideally have:Experience from a leading Australian or international Corporate practice;Strong exposure to sophisticated M&A; transactions;Excellent technical skills and commercial judgement;A cooperative approach and desire to continue developing.The team is particularly interested in lawyers from leading practices who are looking to continue building their career within a highly regarded Corporate team.Why Join?
