Job Description
OOSH Coordinator Permanent Part-Time | 30+ hours per week

About the Role
n
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced OOSH professional to step into a leadership role at a well-established service. This 200-place service has a strong team, great company culture, and is backed by a solid provider with exceptional industry knowledge.
n
There is a 2IC in place at the service to support you, so you'll have a strong second layer of leadership alongside you in the day-to-day running of the service.
n
As Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service, working closely with the 2IC and your team to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the service
n
Ensure ongoing compliance across all areas of the National Quality Framework and relevant regulatory requirements
n
Assist with programming, rostering, and staff supervision
n
Build strong relationships with children, families, and the team
n
Work closely with the 2IC to maintain consistent leadership and quality across the service
n
n
About You
n
n
Strong working knowledge of compliance requirements and regulatory law within the OOSH/education and care sector
n
Previous experience in a Coordinator or similar leadership role
n
Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent) preferred, but we're flexible depending on your experience
n
Excellent organisational and communication skills
n
A genuine passion for delivering quality outside-school-hours care
n
n
