The Role
Applies quality assurance processes and a high level of attention to detail to ensure documentation, records and administrative outputs are accurate and fit for purpose.
Coordinates travel, undertakes purchasing in accordance with delegated authority, maintains expenditure records and processes accounts and other administrative transactions in accordance with departmental requirements.
Provides administrative support for the delivery of Mines Statutory Positions examinations, including examination supervisions,
troubleshooting and candidate support in accordance with approved examination policy and procedure requirements.
Coordinates meetings, committees and governance activities, including scheduling, agenda management, preparation and distribution of meeting papers, recording actions and monitoring follow up activities.
