The team represents some of Australia's largest insurers on insurance claims relating to property damage, strata insurance, and personal injury.ResponsibilitiesAdvising insurers on coverage, liability, quantum, and strategyPreparing pleadings, evidence, advices, and settlement proposalsAppearing in the County, Supreme and Federal Courts, participating in and conducting interlocutory hearings, mediations,



and settlement conferencesBuilding strong relationships with insurer clients and claims managersMentoring junior lawyers and supporting their developmentThis position will be an initial 12-month maximum term contract with scope for extension.Who We Are Looking For8+ years' PQE from a reputable defendant insurance practice.
