3PLPeriodic reporting and analysis both locally and globallyReview, prioritise and move stock as needed in various accounts and distributorsLiaise with ALOG/NOLA on day to day stock issues and enquiriesUpdate changes to the supply plan via the weekly publishKPI tracking & trends - distributors as well as internalExcess & obsolescence reportingForecasting to ensure adequate stock levels held in depotsSend weekly backorder reports for AU & NZManaging inventory in cooperation with our distributorsStock release monitoring and approval to manage products on scarce statusManaging stock expiration and pricingMonitor incoming shipments & MAS conformanceWorking with Demand Planning team on all risks to supply stabilityDevelop, streamline and improve supply function within the businessActing as first point of call for our sales teams on stock situations and resolving issues including stock movement between depots according to FEFO ruleGS1 managementEducation/Experience/Knowledge required:Tertiary Qualification in Supply Chain Management or similar field – highly desirableProject Management Qualification – highly desirableBackground in demand/supply planning or complex analytical and numerical rolesDealt with supply to traditional food route channel and convenience market in AustraliaPotentially have experience in dealing with short shelf life stockExperience in dealing with a large numbers of SKUsDeveloped knowledge of inventory management software, spreadsheets and databases and be proficient in computer based programs specifically ExcelExcellent relationship management skills
