MLHD is seeking a Senior Renal Social Worker to join the Renal Service in Wagga Wagga.
You will deliver psychosocial assessments, advocacy and education to patients with late-stage CKD, across inpatient and outpatient settings.The role involves leadership in a multidisciplinary team, professional supervision, and strong communication with patients, families and carers.
Part time position with pro rata salary and benefits.
