Talenza is partnering with a large, values-led organisation to hire an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of technology initiatives in a complex, stakeholder-rich environment.This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who can run projects end-to-end, keep governance tight, and bring people along the journey.You'll be responsible for:Delivering technology projects and work packages end-to-endManaging scope, schedule, budget, RAID, change and qualityDriving delivery across planning, execution, transition and reviewBuilding strong relationships across internal stakeholders, vendors and governance forumsProducing transparent status reporting, dependency management and delivery updatesCoordinating project resources in a matrix environmentProjects may span enterprise applications, digital platforms, data & integration services, infrastructure,



and specialist technology initiatives.You'll bring:Demonstrated experience delivering technology projects in complex organisationsStrong fundamentals across planning, budget tracking, risk/issue management and reportingVendor / third-party delivery experienceCertification in one or more recognised PM methodologiesFamiliarity with delivery tools such as Microsoft Project and JiraNice to have:PRINCE2 and/or ITIL exposureExperience working in large, regulated environmentsComfortable working in hybrid/agile ways of workingExperience working in a federal government departmentTo be considered you will need to be able to obtain Baseline clearance (typically requiring Australian citizenship).
