In this role you will lead the Business Management and Support function for the Contact Centre, setting direction across budgeting, workforce planning, and initiative governance.
You will provide strategic oversight, drive solid financial and operational performance, and enable informed decision-making through clear reporting and insights.
You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape priorities, manage change, and ensure the function delivers against its objectives.What you offerDeep expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and governanceStrong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data, insights, and customer feedback into clear business actionsProven ability to lead complex initiative portfolios, including managing dependencies, risks, and benefits realisationHighly developed stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner at senior levels across finance, people, technology, and risk teamsExposure to workforce planning, covering forecasting, scheduling, and capacity optimisation at scaleProficiency or interest in leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, decision-making,
