Adhoc site travel as required, typically once per monthRoster: Monday to FridayWe are seeking an experienced and collaborative Superintendent – Electrical Engineering to join our Asset & Materials Management, Fixed Plant & Engineering team.In this leadership role, you will guide and support a team of electrical engineers, designers and drafting professionals while providing technical leadership across Fortescue's operational and project activities.

developing professionals and emerging technical leadersQualifications and ExperienceA Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering or another relevant recognised qualificationSubstantial electrical engineering experience within mining, resources, heavy industry, utilities or a similarly complex operating environmentExperience leading, mentoring or coordinating technical professionalsExposure across electrical design, project delivery, operational support and engineering assuranceWorking knowledge of relevant Australian electrical, safety and statutory requirementsAn understanding of asset management, reliability and lifecycle engineering principlesStrong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skillsAbout UsBe part of something big.
