Leading a solid, high-performing team, this role will own the global eCommerce trade strategy, driving robust CVRs, Traffic & AOV and build on phenomenal trade success.
With huge Digital Transformation projects on the roadmap, this role will join one of the most advanced Digital teams in the industry, scaling to new heights, with cutting edge technology & a powerhouse team to deliver.Essential Skills & Experience:A highly strategic, eCommerce Trade & Optimisationbackground, with experience in developing & delivering high-performing initiatives to deliver strong growth onlineSolid understanding of onsite Merchandising, Search, CRO and UX principles and deep CMS understandingA highly analytical approach, and the ability to analyse heat-maps and data-sets to drive strategic decision makingGlobal, international market experience would be super advantageous, but not essentialPrevious experience in owning the full CRO strategy, delivering feature enhancements projects & current development projectsFashion, Beauty or Lifestyle brand experience would be really beneficial, but not essentialWider,
