With a strong reputation for excellence and a collaborative finance team, they are seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant to provide critical support during a busy budgeting and reporting period.The roleReporting to a Finance Director, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
This hands-on contract will see you working across budgeting, financial modelling and board reporting in a fast-paced environment.Key responsibilitiesDeveloping and maintaining robust three-way financial models.Preparing and consolidating budget packs across multiple business units.Assisting with the preparation of board reporting and management reports.Providing financial analysis and commercial insights to support planning and decision-making.Supporting the finance team with forecasting and budget refinement.Working with data queries and reporting,



including the use of Microsoft Query.Ad-hoc work as requiredThe successful candidateTo be considered for this opportunity, you will be a CA or CPA qualified accountant with demonstrated experience in a Senior Management Accountant or similar commercial finance role.The following will be favourably looked upon:Advanced financial modelling expertise, including the ability to build and maintain sophisticated three-way financial models.Extensive experience preparing management reports, board reporting packs and consolidated budgets.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and robust analytical capability.A working knowledge of Microsoft Query (MS Query).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.The ability to hit the ground running and commit to a 10-week contract commencing in late July.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking to make an immediate impact within a respected education organisation.
