Working alongside senior practitioners, you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial matters, build robust client relationships, play a key role in mentoring junior lawyers and support the growth of the practice.
You will advise clients across a broad range of workplace relations matters which includes, but is not limited to:advising employer clients on a broad range of employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, enterprise bargaining, general protections, award compliance and workers compensation;appearing in the Fair Work Commission, South Australia Employment Tribunal and other courts;working across a varied mix of matters, primarily employment and workers compensation law,
