Candidates with client-side experience are preferred, although those with head contractor experience will also be considered.This is a hands‐on role offering excellent career progression, exposure to diverse projects, and the opportunity to work closely with clients and key stakeholders across all phases of the construction lifecycle.Years of Experience:6 – 10+ yearsResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Project & Stakeholder ManagementProcurement of design consultants, construction contractors, and other specialist consultantsContracts administration, claims management, and risk mitigationManagement of statutory approvals, design development, and regulatory complianceCoordination with stakeholders and clients to ensure scope, schedule,
