This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor ready to take the next step into a senior partnering role.
Working within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you'll partner closely with leaders across a workforce of 2,000+ employees, providing practical HR advice while helping shape people initiatives and capability.
This is a hands-on role offering genuine exposure to senior stakeholders, change, leadership development and broader HR strategy.
The Role
Reporting directly to the P&C; Manager, you will:
Partner with leaders to deliver practical, commercially focused HR advice
Coach managers across performance, employee engagement and people matters
Support change management and organisational transformation initiatives
Contribute to talent, succession and workforce planning
Drive leadership capability and performance development initiativesSupport employee engagement and wellbeing programs
Provide guidance across the broader HR lifecycle, including ER/IR
Use people data and insights to identify trends and support decision-making
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across a large and diverse workforce
Travel to regional sites when required to support leaders and employees
About You
You'll be an experienced HR Advisor or HR Generalist who is ready to step into a senior position and broaden your partnering experience.
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced managing HR across a large, high-volume workforce
Confident partnering and coaching leaders at all levels
Commercially minded, solutions-focused and comfortable working at pace
A strong communicator who can influence and build trusted relationships
Proactive, organised and able to use initiative without needing to be hand-held
Adaptable and quick to learn in a changing setting
Comfortable across generalist HR, with exposure to ER/IR highly regarded
Confident using HR data and insights to inform people decisions
Ideally tertiary qualified in HR, organisational behaviour or a related discipline
