Protect client outcomes through accurate, compliant Wrap custody processingDrive smarter, more productive processes through improvement and automationPermanent full-time role, based in MelbourneThe opportunity to join our teamAs a Senior Analyst, Wrap Custody, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate, timely and compliant processing of custody functions across our Wrap platform.
You will be responsible for end-to-end processing activities including income, trades, corporate actions, reconciliations and entitlements, ensuring all outcomes align with regulatory obligations and service level agreements.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will investigate and resolve complex queries, manage exceptions and support key reporting deliverables.
You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to strengthen controls, enhance efficiency and deliver better outcomes for clients and members.Key Responsibilities:Deliver accurate and timely processing and quality checking of income, trades, corporate actions, entitlements and reconciliations within SLAsInvestigate and resolve complex queries, managing exceptions and stakeholder expectationsSupport regulatory and reporting obligations, including IDPS tax statements, ensuring audit-ready documentation and accuracyIdentify and mitigate operational risks,
embedding effective controls across custody processesCoordinate BAU and peak-period workflows to balance quality and efficiencyDrive continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with Tech and Data to streamline and automate processesEnsure ongoing compliance with regulatory and internal requirementsContribute to a collaborative team culture through knowledge sharing and mentoringWhat you will bring:Extensive experience in Wrap custody operations, including income, trades, corporate actions transfers and tax profilingAdvanced analytical and reconciliation skills, with the ability to resolve complex issuesStrong Excel capability and confidence working with large data setsA continuous improvement mindset with experience enhancing processes and controlsHigh attention to detail in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA collaborative, solutions-focused approachStrong prioritisation skills to manage competing demands effectivelyApplicants will be required to provide evidence of their eligibility to work in Australia, and at a minimum be required to undertake police and basic credit checks as a condition of employment.Please note that applications from agencies will not be considered at this time.We acknowledge and celebrate the richness that individual differences bring to our team.
