process or stakeholder conflicts within the domainWhat you'll need to succeedPrior experience delivering implementation of Oracle Fusion or transitions from Oracle EBS to FusionDemonstrated experience at a senior level in the preparation and provision of clear, concise and practical functional advice, recommendations and solutions through effective engagement with business stakeholders.Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of ERP functional design and implementation, including requirements definition, process design, testing and deployment within large, complex environments.Experience in leading, mentoring and coordinating functional teams, embedding a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.Demonstrated experience in working with implementation partners and managing functional deliverables, governance processes and adherence to agreed standards and frameworks.
