Arnel Fencing supplies almost every type of fencing available to areas throughout the region, from the Tablelands to the Cape and beyond, with its dedicated team offering advice and assistance throughout the process.
Arnel Fencing Warehouse are looking for a motivated Senior Warehouse Team Member / Warehouse Supervisor to join the team.
This role involves hands-on work, collaboration with warehouse & office team and maintaining a well-organised and protected working environment.
We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic, passion for the industry and ability to thrive in a dynamic setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising day-to-day warehouse operations and supporting team performancePacking products ready for customer pickups and deliveriesLoading and unloading Arnel Fencing delivery truck & customer vehiclesMaintaining stock records and stock movements via scanners and load sheetsSupporting team training, workflow planning and task allocationGeneral housekeeping and stocktaking duties, basic warehouse computer operationMaintaining a safe workplace and following critical safety rules




ABOUT YOU
Essential - Forklift licence & experiencePrevious experience in warehouse leadership or supervisory roleStrength & fitness to undertake a frequent movement and lifting roleSound awareness of safety standard and alertness of moving parts and peopleAbility to lead by example with enthusiasm, energy and paceA strong commitment to WHS policies & proceduresWhilst experience is great, it'll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart!
