This role is different.We're recruiting for a growing Australian MSP looking for a senior, customer-facing engineer to design, consult and deliver across complex network security environments.What You'll Be DoingLead network security projects across Fortinet and Cisco environmentsWork directly with customers on design, architecture and technical directionDeliver hands‐on deployments, migrations and security upliftsProduce technical designs and implementation plansTroubleshoot complex network and security issuesSupport occasional escalated BAU where specialist expertise is neededWhy Consider It?




Genuine project and consulting workExposure to enterprise environmentsEnd-to-end ownership from design through to deliveryClear pathway into architecture or technical leadershipGrowing national MSP with offices across Sydney and MelbourneStrong technical team without the corporate red tapeWhat You'll Bring5 - 10 + years in an MSP, integrator or IT services environmentStrong Fortinet and FortiGate experienceSolid Cisco networking and security skillsExposure to Palo Alto, Juniper or similar technologiesExperience with F5 or other load-balancing platformsStrong knowledge of routing, switching, VPNs and perimeter securityConfidence working directly with customersStrong troubleshooting and documentation skillsFortinet, CCNP or similar certifications are highly regarded, but practical capability matters most.This role will suit a senior MSP engineer who wants to stay hands‐on while moving deeper into consulting, design and enterprise project delivery.North Sydney location.Ready to move beyond the support queue?
