Melbar Aged Care invites a dedicated Senior Quality & Education Officer (Chinese Speaker) to lead quality improvement and staff education across our NSW in-home care teams.
You will drive training, policy development and auditing to uphold high care standards.With AHPRA nursing registration and an IV in Training and Assessment, you will champion continuous improvement and staff development.
Hybrid work up to 3 days weekly is available in a supportive, purpose-driven workplace.
