We are a small tax & advisory boutique firm seeking an enthusiastic and experienced business services manager who is looking for an engaging client and technical work mix.Qualifications & experienceCA/CPA qualified with 4-5 years' experience in a CA environment with a minimum 1-3 years in a manager role responsible for a portfolio of clients & staffExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with staff and clientsMust have initiative and be an analytical thinker with a commercial approachExperience in managing, training and delegating to team members with exceptional work flow managementStrong tax and accounting technical skills - advisory experience in trusts, companies & SMSFs essenitalAbility to learn new systems and softwareExperience with Handisoft (or similar PM software) and Xero preferred, strong excel skillsBachelor of Accounting, Commerce, Finance or Business,



ideally with a major in AccountingCPA or CA qualifiedEligible to work in AustraliaTasks & responsibilitiesWork in small friendly team environmentManage & control a diverse and interesting SME client baseWork is a mix of advisory, tax & accounting for all entitiesAttractive salary $160,000 - $170,000 plus super pro rata 4 days or hourly rate and we are flexible with hours but require a minimum of 4 days work per weekBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
