This is a full‐time position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead warehouse operations and contribute to the success of our 3PL warehousing, storage and distribution services.
As a Senior Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse facilities, overseeing inventory management, coordinating logistics operations, and building a cohesive and efficient warehouse team.
This position is integral to maintaining our high standards of efficiency, safety and customer satisfaction.Key responsibilitiesOverseeing and completing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing and dispatching of goodsManaging inventory levels and conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and availabilityOperating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, high pickers and pallet jacks safely and efficientlyCoordinating with warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilmentActing as a go‐to, experienced presence on the floor - guiding, training and sharing best practice with the teamMaintaining warehouse organisation, cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with relevant regulationsIdentifying and implementing process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivityMaintaining integrity of our warehouse management system by recording warehouse activities and ensuring accurate records of inventory movementsEnsuring compliance with health and safety legislation and company policiesTroubleshooting operational issues and liaising with management to resolve problems promptlyWhat we're looking forSomeone who is looking to grow into a warehouse manager role and has an interest in robotics and automationMinimum 5 years' experience in warehouse operations,
