Essential TasksLead and manage Senior Platform Engineers supporting a critical enterprise CRM platform.Drive Salesforce platform enablement, operational leadership and continuous improvement.Coordinate major incident response, releases, testing, CAB activities and change governance.Manage vendors and ICT stakeholders while strengthening platform security and resilience.
Key CriteriaMore than 5 years' experience leading and managing ICT support teams.Experience supporting or managing complex CRM/business systems, including Salesforce.Solid process development, documentation and implementation capability.Proven stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and technical leadership experience.
