The Payroll Manager is looking for a 2iC to help guide the organisation through compliance and systems projects, as well as support the BAU.Job DescriptionOversee the timely and accurate processing of payroll (end-to-end)Assist Payroll Manager with process improvement / change management initiativesProcess month and year-end, calculate and lodge payroll tax and super etcEnsure compliance with all relevant requirements including legislative requirementsProvide an escalation point within the payroll team for complex pay queriesOther ad hoc tasksThe Successful ApplicantWe are seeking experienced payroll candidates with the following skill set:Experience with ADPGenuine end-to-end payroll skillsetStrong communication and stakeholder engagementAbility to work in a teamWhat's on OfferUp to $70+super per hour, and intention to convert the role to permFantastic workplace cultureDrive compliance and systems projects
