Our client is an established paediatric allied health provider supporting children, young people and families across the Gold Coast.
The service brings Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology together within a multidisciplinary, family-centred model, with families able to access multiple disciplines in one location where possible.

About the Role
This is a paediatric Speech Pathologist position supporting children and young people aged 0 to 18 years, primarily within a Gold Coast clinic.
Your role will include:
Paediatric caseload supporting children and young people aged 0 to 18
Primarily clinic-based assessment and intervention
Working closely with families,
carers and relevant stakeholders
Collaboration with Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists
Access to discipline-aligned clinical supervision
Fortnightly clinical supervision and Speech Pathology case discussions
Monthly clinical manager supervision focused on workload, calendars and work-life balance
Access to telehealth and out-of-clinic service delivery where required
The service supports clients through a mix of private funding, NDIS, Medicare and eligible private health rebates.
About You
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Current SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership
Current Working with Children Check
Working rights in Australia
Salary & Benefits
Salary from $80,000 to $115,000 + super
