Initial 6 month contract + 6 month extension optionRewarding hourly rates $$ with flexible Sydney working arrangementsWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a high-profile regulatory reporting program within a leading financial services workplace.
The successful Senior Business Analyst will work across business, data and technology teams to deliver requirements, process improvements and reporting outcomes while ensuring compliance with complex regulatory obligations.
You will be offered an initial 6 month contract with a further 6 month extension option and receive a rewarding hourly rate.The successful Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement to gather and refine business requirementsPerforming data analysis to identify risks, opportunities and solution optionsManaging UAT activities and supporting testing throughout delivery phasesCreating process maps,



reports and business analysis documentationManaging DevOps boards and supporting change management and training activitiesThe successful Senior Business Analyst will have:5+ years' experience delivering business analysis outcomes within complex environmentsExperience working within regulatory reporting or regulated financial services environmentsStrong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skillsExperience with UAT, process mapping, data analysis and DevOps boardsStrong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teamsThis is a great opportunity to join a leading regulatory organisation and deliver critical Senior Business Analyst services across regulatory reporting and business transformation initiatives.
