This full-time role is an integral part of our team, ensuring that our clients' building systems are operating efficiently and reliably.What you'll be doingPerforming preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on BMS equipment, including HVAC systems, lighting controls,



and energy management systemsDiagnosing and repairing faults in BMS components and systemsWorking with complex IT networksQuoting and Implementing system upgrades and modifications as requiredProviding technical support and training to building occupants and facility managersMaintaining detailed records of all service activitiesCollaborating with the wider team to ensure a seamless and efficient service deliveryWorking within client portals to close out worksWhat we're looking forProven experience as a BMS or HVAC service technician, with a strong understanding of building automation systemsTechnical certifications in HVAC, electrical, or building automation systemsStong understanding of IT networks, patching etcProficient with Microsoft **** productExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA valid driver's licence and reliable transportationAbility to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance (Baseline at a minimum)What we offerIn addition to a market-competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:Career training and growth opportunitiesAttractive remuneration + car or car allowance $19,000 + overtime.Provided with a company supplied Phone, iPad, Laptop and UniformsOptional RDO per month or respective overtimeWork Life balance and flexibility is a key value at JCI.
