Reporting to theHead of Design Innovation, this role offers the opportunity to lead design initiatives, manage FF&E; and finishes, and contribute to strategic projects across greenfield and brownfield developments.About The Role:Collaborating with internal and external clients to develop and refine design briefsResolving design challenges and incorporating feedbackReviewing documentation for new and existing sitesDetailing joinery, FF&E;, and presentation boardsPresenting designs to residents and stakeholdersAttending project meetings and supporting delivery and fit-outContributing to strategic initiatives and business casesSupporting internal and external design teamsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with residents, suppliers, and team membersAbout You:You're a creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a robust eye for detail.




You bring:A tertiary qualification in Interior Design or Architecture8+ years of experience in interior designAdvanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino or RevitExcellent organisational and documentation skillsA commitment to environmental sustainabilityStrong research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement capabilitiesConfidence in decision-making and influencing across teamsHigh-level communication skills and workshop facilitation experienceWhat can we offer you?
