Join a business where stability, innovation, and genuine career progression go hand in hand.About The RoleAs a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of HVAC and mechanical services projects from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will manage project performance, coordinate stakeholders, oversee procurement and programme delivery, and drive strong commercial and operational outcomes across technically complex and large-scale projects.Key Responsibilities & DutiesManage the full lifecycle delivery of HVAC/mechanical services projectsManage projects up to $10m in value and preferably have worked for a Tier 1 or 2 contractor.Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial reportingCoordinate procurement activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and project resourcesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholdersEnsure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time,



and within budgetLead project meetings and provide regular operational and financial updatesSupport and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing project team environmentAbout YouYou are a motivated and solutions-focused Project Manager with proven experience delivering HVAC, mechanical services, or commercial construction projects.Skills & ExperienceManage projects up to $10m in value and preferably have worked for a Tier 1 or 2 contractor.Previous experience in a Project Management role within HVAC, mechanical services, construction, or a related industryAbility to lead and coordinate project teams in a collaborative mannerHave tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or trade background with relevant associated industry experience.Strong understanding of project delivery, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and programme managementAbility to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple stakeholder relationshipsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsStrong commercial and financial acumenWhy Join Us?
