It's about combining a caseload you enjoy with the opportunity to have a broader impact across a team.The roleYour week will include a mix of clinical work and senior responsibilities, which may include:Providing high-quality assessment and intervention to a varied caseload (mostly paediatric)Mentoring and supporting junior Speech PathologistsProviding clinical supervision and case supportHelping clinicians work through more complex casesSupporting current team members as they settle into the practiceContributing to clinical resources, professional development and service improvementOpportunities to supervise university studentsWorking collaboratively with our Director and senior teamBuilding your own leadership skills as the role developsWe're open to shaping the leadership component around the strengths and interests of the right person.Who we're looking forIdeally, you'll have at least 3 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist,



with strong clinical skills.You might already be working in a senior or supervisory position, or you might be an experienced clinician who knows you're ready for that next step.We're particularly interested in someone who:genuinely enjoys working with children and familiesis confident clinically and values evidence-based practiceenjoys sharing knowledge and supporting other cliniciansis approachable, collaborative and a great communicatorvalues high-quality therapy over simply meeting numberswants to contribute to a team and practice over the longer termA degree in Speech PathologyCertified Practising Membership (or eligibility) of Speech Pathology AustraliaA valid driver's licence and access to a carA current Working with Children CheckWhy Nash?
