You will be supported by a dedicated team and industry‐leading technology, allowing you to focus on building relationships and achieving excellent results.Your responsibilities will include:Managing a well‐maintained residential property portfolioBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenantsConducting routine inspections, entry and exit condition reportsManaging maintenance,
repairs and key stakeholder communicationOverseeing rental arrears and tenancy compliancePreparing lease renewals and conducting rent reviewsProviding exceptional customer service and proactive portfolio managementWorking collaboratively with our wider Property Management teamAbout YouWe are looking for someone who:Has proven experience as a Property Manager, ideally within a senior capacityHas strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislationIs highly organised with excellent attention to detailHas outstanding communication and relationship‐building skillsTakes ownership, demonstrates initiative and is solutions‐focusedPresents professionally and takes pride in delivering exceptional serviceThrives in a team environment and contributes positively to workplace cultureExperience with PropertyMe, InspectRealEstate and Inspection Express would be highly regarded.What We OfferAt PRD Burleigh Heads, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
