The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial records of a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
The Senior Bookkeeper will work closely with other members of the team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information.Key responsibilitiesManage the day to day bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payrollMaintain accurate and up to date financial records, including general ledger, balance sheet, and profit and lossPrepare and lodge BAS and IAS, including GST reconciliationPrepare and review financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reportingEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulationsPrepare year end workpapers and reconciled files for handover to the tax teamOnboard new clients,



including file setup, migrations, and cleaning up existing ledgersProvide guidance and support to junior members of the teamAbout youCert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping as a minimum.
