About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineerto join our Solar Design team, working across large-scale renewable energy projects.This is a technically challenging role where you will lead the end-to-end (cradle-to-grave) design and deliveryof utility-scale solar projects (100MW+), from early-stage feasibility through to commissioning.You will provide technical leadership, design oversight, and project support, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and optimised solutions are delivered across complex projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of utility-scale solar PV systems (100MW+)Develop and review detailed electrical designs, including SLDs, layouts, and system configurationsPerform and oversee system modelling, load calculations, cable sizing, and performance optimisationManage projects through the full lifecycle — from feasibility and concept design to commissioningProvide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and design teamsEnsure compliance with Australian standards, grid connection requirements, and safety regulationsCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design outcomesSupport procurement activities including equipment specification and vendor evaluationProvide technical support during construction, testing,
