Senior Project Officer // Contract // Data &...Senior Project Officer – IT / Data & SystemsWe're looking for an experienced Senior Project Officer to manage and coordinate the implementation of IT projects supporting a Data and Systems program of work within a large and complex technology setting.This is a contract opportunity through to 20 November, suited to someone with strong hands-on IT project delivery experience who can take ownership of day-to-day delivery across multiple initiatives.You'll work closely with internal IT teams, subject matter experts,



business stakeholders and external vendors to keep projects moving and ensure key outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.Local Government experience will be highly regarded.What You'll Be DoingManage and coordinate the implementation of IT projects supporting the Data and Systems program of work.Manage day-to-day delivery across multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and reporting.Coordinate internal IT teams, subject matter experts, stakeholders and external vendors.Manage project interdependencies to ensure priority initiatives remain on track.Monitor budgets, resources and deliverables to support successful project outcomes.Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
