You will create both wet and dry sauce concepts, work with an external R&D; partner, and oversee trials, sensory testing, and shelf-life evaluations.The role requires a Food Science or related degree, solid NPD experience in food manufacturing, and a proactive, autonomous mindset to bring bold sauce ideas to market.
