$116,882-$123,759 pa plus super and great benefitsLevel 8 | Salary from $116,882 – $123,759 + superEnjoy 5 weeks annual leave, adaptable work options, and meaningful local impactAbout the RoleThe City is seeking an experienced Transport Engineer / Planner, to fill a new role in the Traffic Services team.
This position is responsible for:Development and management of the City's Transport Plan and Active Transport PlanAssessing the Transport implications of Structure Plans and Development ApplicationsDevelopment and management of the City's Road Network Capacity Improvement Programme, including grant submissions and management of Design ConsultantsAbout youAs a collaborative member of the Traffic Services team, the successful candidate will be accountable for providing technical advice.
They must be an adaptable, experienced Transportation Engineer or Planner.
They must also thrive working in a very busy and change driven organisation.
As such, applicants must be able to demonstrate through their CV and covering letter that they meet the following capabilities:Appropriate Qualification in Transport Planning, Urban Planning or Civil Engineering, withDemonstrated experience in a traffic, civil engineering design or transport planning roleKnowledge of relevant legislation, standards and codes,Effective communication and stakeholder management skills,C Class Drivers LicenceSo... why join the City of Wanneroo?
