About the roleReporting to the Head of Construction, you will lead a small team of Project Managers and Site Managers while taking responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects.

on budget and to a high standardAbout youStrong Senior Project Management or Construction Management experienceExperience delivering technically detailed commercial projectsExperience within specialist contracting, façade, glazing, architectural metalwork, structural steel, commercial interiors or fitoutStrong commercial capability across budgets, forecasting, variations and project costsExperience leading or mentoring project and site teamsStrong builder, client and consultant management skillsA hands-on approach to project deliveryA qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Building, Engineering or a related discipline will be well regarded.This is a strong prospect for a Senior PM seeking greater leadership responsibility, or an experienced Construction Manager who wants to remain close to project delivery.
