Circuitwise Group is a leading electronics manufacturing group operating across Australia and New Zealand, supporting customers in MedTech, Aerospace, Defence and other high reliability industries.With more than 35 years of experience and recent growth through acquisition, the Group is entering its next phase of growth, focused on operational excellence, stronger market presence and better alignment between sales, operations and marketing.This newly created role will help bring structure, momentum and consistency to group marketing activity while supporting the development of a unified brand across our business units.About YouWe are seeking a hands‐on Senior Marketing Specialist to coordinate and execute marketing activity across the Circuitwise Group.Working closely with the Chief Growth Officer and sales leaders, you will help implement marketing priorities, support the rollout of the group brand and coordinate activity across multiple business units and external partners.This role is execution focused.
It is well suited to someone who enjoys turning plans into action and ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered professionally and consistently.Creative development will sit primarily with external partners.
Your role will focus on briefing, coordinating and maintaining consistency across campaigns, events, websites and internal communications.The role is based at group headquarters in Norwest, Sydney and works closely with stakeholders across sales, engineering,



operations and HR.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate marketing activity across multiple business units and sitesSupport the development and rollout of the Circuitwise Group brandBrief and coordinate work with external marketing agenciesAssist with campaign coordination, industry events and website updatesSupport sales teams with marketing collateral and customer proof pointsCoordinate customer testimonials, case studies and reference approvalsMaintain visibility of marketing activity and campaign data within SalesforceExplore and apply practical AI tools to improve marketing workflows and efficiencyQualifications & ExperienceTertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience4 to 7 years experience in B2B marketing, ideally within services, technology, engineering or industrial environmentsExperience working with external marketing agencies or partnersStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreamsExperience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems will be highly regardedExperience in B2B services marketing will be highly regardedInterest in exploring and applying AI tools within marketing workflowsStrong written and verbal communication skillsWhy work with us?
