We work with digital scanning, clear aligner therapy, cosmetic dentistry and early intervention orthodontics, and we are looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join our small, close knit team.This role suits an experienced dental assistant ready for the next step.
You will still be chairside and hands on, but with added responsibility for how the clinical side of the practice runs day to day.What the role involvesChairside assisting across general, cosmetic and orthodontic procedures3D intraoral scanning (iTero) for aligner, restorative and appliance casesCoordinating clinical workflow, surgery set up and turnoverManaging stock,
ordering and supplier liaisonInfection control and sterilisation oversight in line with practice policySupporting treatment planning documentation and case coordinationLiaising with laboratories and specialists on case progressSome administrative duties including scheduling support, patient follow up and record keepingWhat we are looking forSolid dental assisting experience in a general or cosmetic practiceConfidence with digital scanning, or a genuine willingness to learnStrong organisational skills and attention to detailWarm, professional communication with patients and teamAbility to work independently and take ownership of the clinical spaceCert III or IV in Dental Assisting is well regarded but not essentialAdvantageousDental laboratory experience or an interest in lab work and materialsExperience with clear aligner workflowsFamiliarity with Dentally practice management softwareWhat we offerFull time role, 4 or 5 days per week, no weekend workModern, digitally equipped practice with iTero scanningOngoing training and career development supportA genuine step up in responsibility with room to growSupportive team environment with an experienced clinical lead
