Leveraging contemporary learningenvironments, advanced technologies and robust stakeholder networks, the Centreshelp build the capabilities required for the jobs of today and the future.About the RoleAs the Senior Manager Centre of Excellence Digital, you will play a keyleadership role in shaping the future of digital skills education across NSW.Leading a high-performing team within the Institute of Applied Technology (IAT)Digital, you will drive educational excellence, industry engagement andinnovation to ensure programs remain aligned to emerging technologies, workforceneeds and learner expectations.
Working closely with industry, universities,government and community partners, you will oversee the delivery of impactfultraining solutions, foster applied research and lead strategic initiatives thatstrengthen digital capability across the sector.The successful candidate must have a willingness and ability to travel to theCentre of Excellence campuses as required.

You bring expertise inleading multidisciplinary teams, building influential partnerships and drivingstrategic change in complex environments.

Your ability to navigate emergingtrends in areas such as AI, cybersecurity, data and digital technologies,combined with your commitment to excellence, positions you to lead with impactin a rapidly evolving landscape.To be successful in this role you will have:Degree in a relevant discipline OR equivalent skills, knowledge andexperience.Demonstrated educational leadership in VET and/or Higher Education teaching,learning and assessment practice.Significant experience and demonstrated expertise within the relevantindustry sector.Highly RegardedExperience influencing and contributing to state and/or national education,workforce development, or digital capability reform agendas.Demonstrated thought leadership in digital capability, digitaltransformation, emerging technologies, or future workforce development.Proven ability to build and leverage strategic partnerships across industry,government and education sectors to achieve system-wide outcomes.Demonstrated understanding of future skills requirements and the impact ofemerging technologies, including artificial intelligence,
