We have aSenior Change Manager opportunity on a 24-month fixed-term contract with Viva Energy Australia.
We're looking for experienced professionals who can bring structure to complexity, influence at all levels, and ensure change doesn't just land it sticks.The Senior Change Manager will lead change enablement for a major commercial transformation, driving adoption across complex retail and operational environments to deliver tangible business outcomes and embed a unified operating model.Responsibilities & RequirementsLead change strategy and delivery for the Retail transformation program and assigned initiativesPartner with business and technology stakeholders to align on change impacts and prioritiesConduct change impact and readiness assessments and translate these into practical, role-based actionsTranslate process and system changes into transparent, simple and user-friendly guidance (e.g. QRGs, job aids)Design and deliver targeted engagement, communication and training aligned to frontline and operational needsDrive adoption across corporate (including SSO),



operational and frontline retail teamsEquip and support leaders (e.g. store and operational leaders) to reinforce and embed changeAlign change activities to operational delivery to minimise disruption to business and customer experienceMonitor and report on readiness, adoption and stakeholder sentiment to project leadershipIdentify and mitigate change risks, resistance and adoption barriersSupport transition to BAU, including post-go-live support and stabilisationBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
