Professionals in this role act as a crucial bridge between a customer's needs and the product's technical capabilities, ensuring alignment and building trust to increase the chances of a successful sale.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct presentations to current and prospective customers highlighting the value of our products and servicesRespond to sales and partner-related product inquiriesTrain Partners on how to demonstrate our productsParticipate in the maintenance and enrichment of the demo environmentLead discovery calls and requirements interpretationDeliver configured demos based on customer requirementsManage multiple, complex, simultaneous projectsComplete RFI, and RFPs for prospective customersWork with the Product Management team for continuous product improvementAttend and demonstrate at events such as tradeshowsOther responsibilities as assigned by managementInternational travel as neededSkills & ExperienceMust work well with other team membersMotivated to win opportunitiesAble to prioritize and manage multiple projects with strict deadlinesSuggest best practices within the scope of our products' capabilitiesStrong communication,
