ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading piling and ground engineering contractor in Brisbane.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior leadership role overseeing major piling, foundations, geotechnical, and heavy civil infrastructure projects across the QLD region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of major piling, foundation, and ground engineering projects across Queensland
Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring successful outcomes across safety, programme, quality, and cost
Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams
Drive strong commercial and operational performance across projects
Maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships
Contribute positively to business performance, team culture, and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)




Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong commercial acumen and operational delivery capability
Proven leadership experience managing and developing project delivery teams
Hands‐on project delivery experience within contractor environments
Strong understanding of construction execution, programme delivery, commercial management, and site operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
