You will steer duty managers and a large rostered workforce in a fast-paced 24/7 airport environment, ensuring protected, compliant and commercially effective delivery of passenger services.You will own performance against Ground Handling Agreements and SLAs while strengthening relationships with airline clients and internal stakeholders.
