OVERVIEW: Our client is one of the world's leading commercial real estate and investment management companies.
As General Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that manages some of Australia's most prominent property assets on behalf of a renowned national property landlord.This is a senior leadership role overseeing one of Adelaide's most premium property portfolios.
There is solid on the ground support with dedicated Facilities Managers and Assistant Property Manager.Key Responsibilities:Be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.Manage day-to-day property issues and ensure lease obligations are met.Coordinate lease administration and maintain accurate records.Work closely with the wider property management team to resolve enquiries.Assist with tenant retention initiatives and property activations.Carry out responsibilities in line with the Management Agreement.Prepare regular reports on property performance for clients.Assist with preparing budgets and annual outgoings reconciliations.Coordinate property inspections and follow up maintenance and repairs.Ensure properties meet Work Health & Safety requirements.Assist with risk management,
