This role is ideal for an Environmental, Health & Safety professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams to promote a robust safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS regulations, policies, and best practices.
Working across our manufacturing and engineering environment, you will support the delivery of EHS programs, conduct inspections and risk assessments, maintain critical compliance records, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workplace safety and environmental performance.In This RoleYou'll Conduct workplace inspections, audits,



and assessments to monitor Environmental, Health & Safety performanceSupport compliance with Caterpillar EHS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsAssist with the identification, assessment, and mitigation of workplace hazards and risksParticipate in incident investigations and support the implementation of corrective actionsMaintain EHS records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance and data accuracyAssist in the delivery of EHS training, awareness programs, and safety initiativesSupport emergency preparedness activities and workplace safety programsContribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS policies and proceduresCollaborate with leaders and employees to promote a positive, proactive safety cultureSupport environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives across the facilityAssist with EHS projects that improve operational performance, compliance, and employee wellbeingWhat You'll BringQualifications in Workplace Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Science, or a related disciplineExperience in an Environmental, Health & Safety, manufacturing, industrial, or operational environmentKnowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations and compliance requirementsExperience conducting risk assessments, inspections, audits,
