SENIOR STRATA MANAGER | LEAN PORTFOLIO | $130K-$150K + SUPERAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Strata Manager to join a well-established and expanding strata management business based in Sydney's South West.Due to continued business growth, this newly created role offers the opportunity to manage a lean portfolio of approximately 30 schemes across a diverse mix of residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use and BMC properties.This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to join a business that values quality over quantity, provides excellent support, and offers genuine long-term career progression as the company continues to grow.The RoleYou'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of a diverse strata portfolio, including:Managing a portfolio of approximately 30 strata schemesChairing AGMs, EGMs and committee meetingsBuilding strong relationships with owners corporations, committees and contractorsCoordinating repairs, maintenance and capital worksManaging compliance, insurance and defect mattersPreparing meeting agendas,



minutes and follow-up actionsDelivering exceptional customer service while maintaining robust client relationshipsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:Minimum 5 years' experience as a Strata ManagerCurrent Class 2 Strata Managing Agent LicenceStrong knowledge of NSW strata legislationThe ability to confidently manage a portfolio autonomouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA stable employment history with demonstrated tenure and commitmentWhat's on Offer$130,000–$150,000 + Super, depending on experienceNewly created role driven by business growthLean portfolio of approximately 30 schemesDedicated Assistant support and established internal systemsSupportive, collaborative team culture with a strong focus on service excellenceModern systems and streamlined processesGenuine long-term career progression, with opportunities to move into Team Leadership and broader management responsibilities as the business continues to expand
