that will support you in your practiceMeeting billable targets of 5 per day (equates to seeing 4 clients per day) - reduced if you are providing supervision to juniorsHow you will be supportedUncapped professional development allowance so you can upskill in your area of intrestAdministration team to complete bookings and billingsStructure onboarding process; first two- three weeks is paid training, shadowing head OT to see how she practices, she will support you with your new caseload and completing your initial assessmentsSupervision offered weekly or fortnightly depending on your needsThe Team VibeThis small, close knit team made up of an admin assistant, psych, 2 OT's, a dietician and 2 SP's foster a fun and friendly atmosphere in the work space.
