About the roleAn exciting role with a multinational FMCG organisation currently exists in order to fill a key role in their team.
This Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A;) position will help provide insightful analysis into key performance trends that exist in order to drive the positive financial direction of the company.
Initially, this role will commence as a long-term 12 month assignment, however there is significant scope for extension and/or permanency.The responsibilitiesPreparation of reporting Packs (month-end, forecast S&OP; cycles, budget, etc.)Understanding of key cost drivers, revenue drivers and variances versus plan/forecastEnd-to-End process management of budgeting and forecasting compilation; communicating with relevant stakeholders as requiredCoordination of monthly direct marketing expenditure and indirects forecastsConsolidation of various categories and updating of reporting systems and reportsFinance business partner with stakeholders to develop and design business requirements regarding data and information managementPartner with cross-functional teams in developing progressive data modelling & visualisation platforms to enable discovery and interpretation of data insights to unlock business growth opportunitiesDocumentation and improvement of reporting/dashboard processesAd-hoc work as requiredThe successful applicant will haveIdeally, you will be a CA/CPA qualified accounting skilled and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to interact and engage cross-functionally within the business will be crucial to your success.
