About this role As an established Private Enterprise team with a targeted growth plan, we are looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join our Cairns team.
Focused on fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion, this team is passionate about everything they do and will support you in following your chosen pathway within Business Services.
Key responsibilities Understanding how to grow our clients' business means you will get involved a broad range of activities, including: Prepare financial statements, tax returns and compliance reports (BAS, FBT, payroll tax) and support tax and accounting advice for private businesses, high-net worth families and corporate clients, with optional international exposureSupport the design and implementation of commercial structures to help clients achieve business and personal goalsCollaborate with the Private Business team locally, nationally and internationally to deliver proactive solutionsBuild solid client relationships and keep clients informed of compliance requirementsParticipate in business development activities throughout your career to build your portfolio and specialisation Skills and experience Your passion for understanding your clients' businesses will see you go beyond addressing technical issues to developing actionable growth recommendations.
